No refunds will be issued. All sales are non-refundable.

This event will take place on the scheduled date. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the rescheduled event date. If the event is canceled, all purchases will be refunded in full back to the original forms of payment.

It is participants' responsibility to be able to access the online events the vFairs platform. There are no refunds for missed attendance or delays due to technical issues, connectivity or other problems. Please carefully review the time/timezone to join on time.
